I was going to leave a 10 because the arrangement was beautiful and the delivery was just as promised. One small detail kept me from giving the full 5 stars: I had specifically requested that the roses be in bud form, not fully open, but they arrived already open. Next time, I’ll also request no greenery. That said, the presentation was exquisite, especially the card in the envelope clipped with a little wooden heart, it was such a thoughtful and elegant touch. The customer service was also excellent, the lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and polite. I truly appreciated her help and professionalism. Solo hubo un pequeño detalle que me impidió dar las 5 estrellas: pedí específicamente que las rosas estuvieran en capullo, no completamente abiertas, pero llegaron ya abiertas. My first order here. The red roses were beautiful and very fresh! The eucalyptus was also fresh. It was a very full bouquet and made a nice presentation. Recipient was quite pleased. She said, “They’re huge! And beautiful!” Can’t ask for more than that. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
